Eat well. Life goes so fast that is hard to stop and think of what we eat. A well balanced diet helps feel better, have more energy and avoid illnesses.
So try to improve it introducing more healthy food and make the effort to prepare your lunchbox every day instead of grabbing industrial sandwiches!
Do one new thing every month. Sometimes we end up trapped in our daily routine and we don’t care about new experiences any more.
So an amazing habit to start is finding a new thing to do every month: a new city to visit, a new sport to try, a new food to prepare… it can be anything we have never done before!
