Let’s start with the ingredients.

150 gramos de gambas peladas  –> 100 g of shelling prawns

10 dientes de ajos –> 10 cloves of garlic

1 guindilla seca  –> 1 dry chilly

8 cucharadas de aceite de oliva –> 8 spoons of olive oil

And now just follow the recipe!

Heat up the olive oil in a pot or in a frying pan.

Add the sliced dry chilly  (or the whole cayenne pepper).

Pela los ajos y cortalos a rodajas.

Peel the garlic and slice it.

Añadelos a la sartén.

Add it to the pan.

When the garlic starts changing colour add the prawns and a pinch of salt.

Cook it until the prawns change colour (not more than a couple of minutes)

Remove them and serve in a ceramic bowl and accompany with bread to dip it in the olive oil.
